I am an ACE Certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor that has Rheumatoid Arthritis and Multiple Sclerosis. I have created this online workout program for people like me with chronic health conditions.
My program differs from others you will find online because I do HIIT with body sections rather than full body. When we are in a flare-up or episode or just plain ol' tired we can't always do the full-body exercises that all the other online programs want us to do. So I've created this program so that you don't have to be afraid of exercise or guess at what to do.
You'll be working upper body, core and lower body and you can choose when to work which section. So if your knees are in a flare you can work upper body or core that day and then the next day you can choose another body section. Awesome right?!
There is a beginner level for those who are completely new to exercise of have lost all of their strength, and intermediate level for those who have been doing some exercise and an advanced level that even a normal 'healthy' (whatever that means) person can do!
I've made it simple and easy and it's only 12 minutes long so it's not going to take you all day long. Yes, before you ask, you will get an amazing workout in just 12 minutes (psst...it's how I started and got to where I am) but you can always work your way up to where you are repeating the exercises 1 or 2 times which is where I hope to get you! ;)
